The goal of all these researches is to communicate your opinion, as of a consumer and citizen, to our clients who commission researches. Consequently they make decisions based on the research findings. That is why your participation in a research is a real possibility which is worth using. And it is expected that a research will result in a more acceptable law, a better soft drink in more convenient packaging or more interesting content of a favored magazine.

When conducting researches, TNS in Ukraine applies the best techniques and rules of the European Society for Opinion Surveys and Market Research (ESOMAR). The most important part of the Code refers to the protection of the respondent’s rights and confidentiality.

Participation in a research is always voluntary. And, naturally, you have a right to refuse to participate in a research, or not to answer any certain question or to interrupt the interview, however we hope for your free will.

TNS in Ukraine guarantees that your answers will be kept anonymous and confidential. Your answers will be never linked to your personal data. Thus no client will be able to get any particular answers given by you.

Research findings, above all, have an indirect impact in your life by means of decisions taken based on research findings. The results of the researches owned by TNS in Ukraine are continuously published in the press. All published articles can be found at this Web-site, Press-Center section.
